TWTR: working in front of the last 2 dc, YO twice, insert hook into st from the back to the front, YO, pull loop through, (YO, pull through 2 loops) 3 times.

* * - Repeat instructions between the asterisks as many times as instructed.
Turn at the end of each row.
The altch2 at the beginning of the row is the first st.
The ch 1 at the beginning of the row does not count as a st.
The TWTR is worked in front of the dc’s.
INSTRUCTIONS
Row 1: fsc 23 (or any multiple of 6 + 5).
Optional Row 1: ch 24 (or any multiple of 6), sc in the 2nd ch from the hook and each chain across. (23 sts)
Row 2: altch2, skip 1 st, dc in the next 2 sts, TWTR in the skipped st, * dc in the next 3 sts, skip 1 st, dc in the next 2 sts, TWTR in the skipped st * across, dc in the last st.
NOTE: The TWTR is worked in front of the dc’s.
Row 3: ch 1, sc in the first st and each st across.
Row 4: altch2, dc in the next 3 sts, * skip 1 st, dc in the next 2 sts, TWTR in the skipped st, dc in the next 3 sts * across, dc in the last st.
Row 5: ch 1, sc in the first st and each st across.
Repeat Rows 2 - 5 until desired length.
Fasten off and weave ends.
