FREE Crochet Beanie & Scarf Pattern

Some friends & I meet every Saturday afternoon at the local library for some crafting time. People crochet, knit, bead, quilt etc. Doesn't matter what craft you do - everyone is welcome :) We have anywhere from 3 - 10 people there any given Saturday.

This year we thought it would be nice to knit or crochet hats and donate them to a local church who passes them on to those who might need a warm hat for our cold winters. One friend created a knit hat pattern, & I was asked to make an easy crochet one. So I did :)

I also made a matching scarf pattern. Both are very easy and fast to create. You only need to know the dc (double crochet) and sc (single crochet).

If you use these patterns, please pledge to make at least one that you will donate.
